TS19605CA20H Taiwan Semiconductor Three-Channel Linear LED Driver with Analog and PWM Dimming DESCRIPTION FEATURES TS19605CA20H is a three-channel Linear LED driver AEC-Q100 qualified with the following results: with analog and PWM dimming control. This device - Device temperature grade 1: -40C to 125C targets at automotive lighting applications. It provides - Device HBM ESD classification level H1C high-side drivers for LED current configured with the - Device CDM ESD classification level C6 maximum current up to 150mA per channel. By Wide input voltage range: 4.5V to 70V Max. output current: 150mA per channel cascade external PNP transistor can reach up to - Adjustable by external resistor 400mA per channel. - Accuracy: 4% per channel when I 200mA OX TS19605CA20H operates with a wide input range of - Accuracy: 6% per device when I 200mA OX 4.5V to 70V and low quiescent current in standby - Up to 400mA per channel V 1V DROPOUT mode.
