Additional Infomation About Product

The Techcode TD1730 TDFN-10 Switching Controller is an electronic component with RoHS compliance. It is a single-chip CMOS controller for pulse-width modulation (PWM) with a low start-up current of less than 2mA. This controller offers precise current regulation and over-temperature protection for AC/DC power supplies. It is suitable for controlling Boost, Buck, Flyback, Forward, and Push-Pull converters up to 400 W. The TD1730 is compatible with input voltages between 4.5 V and 36 V, and has an integrated internal oscillator with a fixed switching frequency of 72 kHz. It also features a wide range of programmable features including PWM dead-time, frequency synchronization, and the option to select the number of output cycles. This IC is housed within a 10-pin TDFN package, and is RoHS compliant.
