The W25Q128JWPIQ with NOR Flash spiFlash is a 128M-bit, 4Kb Uniform Sector Flash memory manufactured by Winbond. It offers a small form factor with low power consumption. It enables high-speed read performance of up to 104MHz clock rate and superb write performance of up to 50MHz clock rate. It’s designed for a wide variety of applications including consumer electronics, medical, automotive and industrial applications. It functions with SPI, SFDP and QPI I/O architectures for advanced program and erase operations. It has an advanced erase protection for program and erase functions and supports both hardware and software data protection. It also features advanced power saving features such as deep power-down, program suspension and multiple sector-program functions to minimize power consumption. The device offers enhanced security features such as user-defined write protection and password protection.
