Additional Infomation About Product

The MT3540 is a SOT-23-5 RoHS DC-DC converter manufactured by XIAN Aerosemi Tech. It is a step-up adjustable voltage converter, with adjustable output voltage of 1 to 2.5V, 5.5V or 28V, and a maximum current of 1.5A. This converter provides a high efficiency and low dropout voltage, to enable maximum power savings and longer battery life. It has thermal shutdown and short circuit protection, and is designed to provide stable operation over a wide temperature range. It also supports frequency modulation as well as synchronization to other components. Robustness and stability are maintained during transient load conditions. It is suitable for applications in automotive, industrial, consumer, and telecommunications among many other industries.
