Level Controllers

Level controllers are electronic devices used to monitor and control the level of liquid or solid materials in a container or tank. They consist of various electronic components such as sensors, actuators, and a control unit. The sensors are responsible for detecting changes in the level of the material, while the control unit processes this information and sends signals to the actuators to adjust the level accordingly.The two main types of level controllers are discrete and continuous controllers. Discrete controllers use a simple ON/OFF control system, where the actuators are either fully open or fully closed, while continuous controllers use a proportional control system, where the actuators are adjusted continuously to maintain the desired level.Level controllers are commonly used in industrial and commercial settings, such as water treatment plants, oil refineries, and food processing plants. They help maintain optimal levels of materials, prevent overflow or underflow, and ensure efficient use of resources. With the advancements in electronic technology, level controllers have become more precise, reliable and customizable to suit specific needs.
