OLED stands for organic light-emitting diode, OLED is a type of LCD (liquid crystal display) panel used in displays of smartphones, tablets, smartwatches, and other mobile devices. It uses organic compounds to emit light when electricity is applied to it, and offers superior image quality compared with LCDs.
