TechnologyThe MS4553S is a translator / level shifter with SOT-23-8 packaging manufactured by Ruimeng Technology, compliant with RoHS. This IC features voltage translation between two logic levels by translating signals from a low voltage logic level of 1.65V to 5.5V to a high voltage logic level of 2.3V to 5.5V. The logic-level translation allows communication between two different logic families. The IC can also be used to reduce the operating voltage of a system by translating a TTL or CMOS signal to a lower voltage. This feature is useful for powering low-voltage logic from a higher voltage supply.
