The AS4950 with SOP-8-EP Motor Driver ICs ROHS is an 8-pin monolithic IC manufactured by ASSEMSTAR for motor drive applications. It supports PWM control, with a slew rate of up to 250V/us, and provides a wide range of protection features. The integrated circuit has voltage-limited, over-current, over-heat, under-voltage, and short circuit protection to ensure reliable operation. It is also RoHS compliant and offers a high degree of noise immunity at high frequencies. The AS4950 is suitable for driving small DC motors in a wide variety of consumer, computer, and small industrial applications.
