MCS1802 3.3V, Linear Hall-Effect Current Sensor with 2.5% Accuracy Over Temperature DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MCS1802 is a linear Hall-effect current 3.3V Single Supply sensor for AC or DC current sensing. The Hall Immune to External Magnetic Fields by array is differential, which cancels out any stray Differential Sensing magnetic field. 2.2kV Minimum Isolation Voltage RMS Operating Temperature: -40C to +125C A primary conductor with a low resistance allows 0.9m Internal Conductor Resistance current to flow close to the IC, which contains 5A to 50A Range high-accuracy Hall-effect sensors.
