Board-mount humidity sensors measure relative humidity, which is the ratio of the amount of moisture in the air relative to the maximum amount that the air can hold before it becomes saturated with moisture. They are typically mounted onto a circuit board and measure the air’s relative humidity in ambient temperatures ranging from 0°C to 60°C.
