Omron Linear Displacement Sensors
Linear displacement sensors are devices that measure linear distance along a given axis. They can be used to measure linear variables such as position, velocity, acceleration, and displacement. Linear displacement sensors typically consist of a sensing element and a contact point, which when combined create a linear measuring system. Linear displacement sensors use various technologies to generate electrical signals that correspond to the linear displacement.
