Littelfuse Test Probes
Test probes are test accessories used to connect test and measurement equipment to the circuits and devices under test. They provide a connection between the device under test and the electronic test and measurement equipment, such as an oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, or network analyzer. Generally, test probes are contrasted with probes connected with a ‘test fixture’ which such as used when precise voltage and current readings are required. Test probes typically have small electrical contact tips to allow connection to small test points on circuits. Different types of test probes, such as bed of nails, spring probes and pogo pins, are available to meet specific test requirements. Test probes are an important component of an overall measurement system and are used to connect test equipment to the design under test.
