The Accro Gasket CCU02-12-FC is a high grade, flexible gasket material designed for extended life and abrasion resistance. It is constructed from durable, lead-free EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) material, which provides excellent chemical and temperature resistance and remains flexible in extreme temperatures. The material is designed for use in applications where compression/shear stress, vibration, and repetitive use are present. It is suited for use in applications ranging from HVAC systems, industrial equipment, tanks, piping systems, valves, pumps, and general sealing applications. The CCU02-12-FC features beveled inner and outer corners with EPDM foam closed cell media, allowing it to easily and securely fit standard flanges (ANSI B16.5) without the need for custom fabrication. The material can also be trimmed to accommodate specialty flanges. Accro Gasket CCU02-12-FC is supplied in 12" x 12" sheets with a thickness of 3/32" and a maximum operating temperature of 250°F (120°C).
