The Active-Semi EA2801CQL is a high voltage regulated half-bridge controller designed to meet the requirements of modern high power applications. It is designed to be used in a wide variety of topologies: buck, boost, SEPIC and Cuk. The device features programmable over-voltage and over-current protection, a wide switching frequency range and low start-up voltage. It is also capable of driving up to 90 A peak power in a non-dissipative short circuit mode. The EA2801CQL is qualified to work over a wide temperature range (-40°C to 125°C) for reliable performance and robust operation in harsh conditions.
