ULTRA MICROPOWER RAIL-TO-RAIL CMOS OPERATIONAL AMPLIFIER GENERAL DESCRIPTION FEATURES The ALD1706A/ALD1706B/ALD1706/ALD1706G is a monolithic CMOS All parameters specified for +5V single ultra micropower high slew-rate, high performance operational amplifier supply or 2.5V dual supply systems intended for a broad range of analog applications using 1V to 5V dual Rail to rail input and output voltage ranges power supply systems, as well as +2V to +10V battery operated systems. No frequency compensation required -- All device characteristics are specified for +5V single supply or 2.5V unity gain stable dual supply systems. Supply current is 40A maximum at 5V supply Extremely low input bias currents -- voltage. It is manufactured with Advanced Linear Devices enhanced 1.0pA typical (30pA max.) ACMOS silicon gate CMOS process. Ideal for high source impedance applications Dual power supply 1.0V to 5.0V operation The ALD1706A/ALD1706B/ALD1706/ALD1706G is designed to offer high Single power supply +2.0V to +10.0V performance for a wide range of applications requiring very low power operation dissipation.
