The AIC811-29GVTR is a microprocessor and microcontroller supervisor designed to monitor power supply voltage. It is housed in a SOT-23-5 RoHS package and is manufactured by AIC. The device consists of a voltage monitor, an internal voltage reference and an adjustable reset comparator. It can be used to detect power system brownouts or power supply under-voltage/over-voltage conditions. It also produces a reset signal for system reset. The supervisor has a power-on reset output delay time setting of up to 230ms which can be programmed via an external resistor. The built-in voltage comparator provides an open-drain output signal that is activated in response to varying voltages on the VCC pin. The AIC811-29GVTR is designed to operate over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and is rated for 1.8V to 5.5V supply voltage.
