The Aimtec AMEL3-5SVZ is a series of high efficiency AC-DC converters. The series is designed to deliver up to 5 W of output power from a wide 4:1 input range of 9–36 VIN or 18–75 VIN. Featuring a compact, single-in-line package (SIP) footprint, the AMEL3-5SVZ DC-DC converters contain all necessary elements, including active components, passive elements and an EMI filter, making them a viable alternative to larger, more expensive point-of-load regulators. The series also offers low no-load power consumption, high efficiency and short-circuit protection.
