Additional Infomation About Product

Microsystems The Allegro Microsystems UDN2981A-T is a monolithic integrated high-voltage, high-current, 8-channel source/sink driver IC. It contains two N-channel power MOSFETs, one P-channel MOSFET, and two bipolar output transistors per channel. The output current for each of the N-channel MOSFETs can be up to 500mA, and the output current for the P-channel MOSFET can be up to 800mA. The operating voltage for the driver is 4.5V to 28V, making it suitable for a variety of automotive and industrial applications. Its over-temperature shut-down protection helps ensure that the device operates within a safe temperature range. Its built-in common-mode noise rejection function helps to reduce power-supply noise. The UDN2981A-T is available in a chip-scale package, making it ideal for low-profile designs.
