The AS6C1008-55STINTR is an 8-Megabit CMOS SRAM manufactured by Alliance Memory. It features a 55ns access time, 45ns cycle time, and an integrated termination logic. Its built-in multiplexers and safety features allow it to be used in applications ranging from automated test equipment to communication systems. It is designed to operate over a supply voltage range of 2.5V to 3.3V and can be operated at temperatures of -40°C to +85°C. It also has a fully-static asynchronous operation, no bus contention and no need for wait states.
