Semiconductor The AOZ3103DI is a high-efficiency, synchronous buck regulator controller IC from Alpha & Omega Semiconductor (AOS). It features a input voltage range of 4.5V to 36V and is suitable for point-of-load (POL) applications as well as other demanding applications where wide input voltage and current requirements exist. It has been designed for synchronous buck converters with high efficiency, low EMI, and cost reduction. The AOZ3103DI is capable of providing up to 5A in continuous mode operation and up to 10A in pulse-width modulation (PWM) mode. It also has low-voltage protection, internal start-up, cycle-by-cycle current limit, frequency-hopping, output voltage adjustment, and soft-start functions. It has a wide range of applications in fields such as medical, communications, servers, industrial, automotive and consumer electronics.
