The ERSA-012BD is a SoC (System on Chip) solution from Ersa that combines a 32-bit RISC processor core, a set of on-chip peripherals and embedded software to create a complete and low cost embedded platform for a wide range of applications. It features a Renesas RX62N MCU core with a max clock frequency of up to 32MHz and up to 32KB of on-chip flash memory for application code. In addition, the ERSA-012BD also includes 4KB of data flash memory for non-volatile data storage, 10KB of SRAM for temporary data storage, and a variety of on-chip I/O interfaces, such as external bus interface, 10/100BaseT Ethernet, USB controller, multiple serial and analog I/O interfaces, as well as timers and PWMs.
