AS3977B-BQFS is an integrated antenna switch from ams. This switch is specially designed for LTE and WCDMA applications. It features low power consumption (1.6 mW) and non-signature switching of antenna ports. The switch offers excellent linearity, low insertion loss and high isolation, while providing a low-cost solution for multi-antenna applications. It is supplied in an ultra-small 5.6mm x 4.5mm x 1.45mm package.
