The AD633ARZ is a Special Purpose Amplifiers Analog Multiplier IC from Analog Devices. This 4-quadrant, electronic part has an analog voltage-controlled input and a broadband differential output system. It has a voltage gain of 1700V/V, a signal-to-noise ratio of 59 dB, and a frequency range of DC to 200 kHz. This device has a typical offset voltage of 1.5mV and a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. It has low power consumption (4.5 mA at 5 V supply) and is available in a package of 14-lead plastic DIP. It has excellent linearity and accuracy for accurately multiplying two analog signals.
