The AD8302ARUZ with RF Detector TSSOP LF-3GHz Gain Phase Detector is a high-linearity, low-distortion phase and gain detector manufactured by Analog Devices. It is designed to provide control and optimization of signal paths in various radio frequency (RF) systems. It features low-frequency operation up to 3 GHz with 3 dB typical phase error and 0.4 dB typical gain compression point. It has a -30 dB typical dynamic range, low power consumption, and provides a direct output proportional to the logarithm of the ratio of two complex signals. The device also features an integrated amplifier to provide a single-ended output. Integrated digital interfaces, such as a serial peripheral interface (SPI) bus and two-wire interface (TWI) are provided. The device also features an adjustable gain, which allows for control and optimization of the signal paths in various RF systems, as well as enabling calibration and self-compensation.
