The AD8312ACBZ-P2 is a Dual Logarithmic/Linear Detector/Controller range 30 dBm to -60 dBm from Analog Devices. This integrated circuit features a high-frequency, high-performance, low-power, dual-channel RF logarithmic detector with real-time control. It is designed for measuring relative input power in radio communications and cable TV applications. This chip includes two logarithmic detectors which feature a common mode power detection range of 30 dBm to -60 dBm, a frequency range of DC to 4 GHz, and a maximum converter gain of 4 dB. It also offers adjustable attack and decay times, and an adjustable temperature compensation ramp. Additionally, the detector offers integrated input protection as well as adjustable overload or clip levels.
