The ADF4360-7BCPZRL7 is an Integrated VCO (Voltage Controlled Oscillator) with Phase Locked Loop (PLL) integrated circuit from Analog Devices. The device integrates an integer-N divider, low-noise phase/frequency detector (PFD), charge pump and a voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) with a programmable output frequency range from 350 to 1800MHz. In addition, the device contains a Lock Detect output to detect when the PLL is in the lock condition, and has integrated logic to disable the VCO when the PLL is out of lock. It also includes a programmable divide ratio between 8 and 256. This device is suitable for use in a variety of communication systems, including portable and mobile wireless communication equipment and systems, radio frequency (RF) systems, as well as base band processing, digital demodulation, multi-chip systems and test equipment.
