The ADP2301AUJZ is a high-efficiency synchronous step-down converter with a peak efficiency up to 96% and an integrated, high-side MOSFET. It operates from an input voltage of 2.7V to 6.5V and regulated output voltage to 1.2V. With a switching frequency of up to 1.2MHz, it can deliver up to 2A from a 1.2V output, up to 2.25A from a 1.5V output, up to 2A from a 1.8V output and up to 1A from a 3.3V output. The device features an internal compensation network and joint features that simplify compensating the loop. It offers adjustable current limit, thermal shutdown and input current limit protection. The part is available in a space-saving 3mm x 3mm Pb-free QFN-20 package.
