Combining high speed, complementary metal-oxide V 5 ENCO DE DECO DE 12 V semiconductor (CMOS) and monolithic air core transformer ID OD V 6 DECO DE ENCO DE 11 V technology, these isolation components provide outstanding OE IE performance characteristics superior to alternatives such as V 7 DECO DE ENCO DE 10 V OF IF optocoupler devices and other integrated couplers.
