The CAT811TTBI-T3 is a low-voltage, low-power, CMOS, current-limit and thermal-shutdown transistor driver from Analog Devices. It is designed to meet dual-supply and single-supply requirements, providing a constant-current output source or sink for driving small-signal transistors in pull-up, pull-down, and/or logic-level control circuits. It features a logic-level output control, thermal protection, and programmable current limit, making it suitable for driving small-signal transistors in systems with extended temperature ranges and power-sensitive applications. It is available in the 6-pin SOIC package and is capable of providing up to 1A peak and 0.3A continuous output current while operating from supply voltages of up to 29V.
