The MCP130-450FI/TO with Supervisory Circuits w/5K Pull-Up Low is a tiny 1 mm x 1 mm power-management device manufactured by Microchip. It is a dual power supervisory circuit designed for space-limited, cost-sensitive battery-powered and power-sensitive systems. The two independent supervisory circuits provide under-voltage monitoring, voltage margin and power-on reset or power-on sequencing functions, and the built-in 5KO pull-up resistor reduces system cost by eliminating the need for a discrete resistor. The MCP130-450FI/TO offers an adjustable threshold of 1.6V to 4.7V in 12 discrete steps for optimal system protection. It also provides typical accuracy of ±1%, a discharge current flag to indicate when the boost capacitance has discharged below the threshold voltage, an output discharge pin to turn off external loads in sleep mode, and a low temperature coefficient of 80ppm/°C for accurate power-on sequencing over temperature. It is offered in an ultra-compact SOT-563 package and has an operating temperature range from -40 to +125°C.
