This low-power device integrates Undervoltage Protection precise temperature, voltage, and current 0V Battery Recovery Charge measurement, nonvolatile (NV) data storage, and Li+ Available in Two Configurations: protection into the small footprint of either a TSSOP Internal 25m Sense Resistor package or flip-chip package. The DS2764 is a key External User-Selectable Sense Resistor component in applications requiring remaining Current Measurement capacity estimation, safety monitoring, and battery- 12-Bit Bidirectional Measurement specific data storage.
