The DS60R+U is an integrated, high performance analog-to-digital converter (ADC) developed by Analog Devices. It is a single-channel, 16-bit device that operates up to 2.5 MS/s. It is equipped with both a digital SPI compatible serial interface and a parallel port to facilitate simple interface to both digital microcontrollers and DSPs. This part is used in applications such as temperature measurement, motor control, and level sensing. It offers high resolution (16 bits), low noise, low power operation, and interchangeable input ranges to suit the application. Additionally, the integrated internal reference and temperature sensor allow for calibration, low offset and drift. The device is suitable for applications operating in a wide supply range (2.5V – 5.5V).
