LT1351 250A, 3MHz, 200V/s Operational Amplifier FEATURES DESCRIPTION n 3MHz Gain Bandwidth The LT 1351 is a low power, high speed, high slew rate n 200V/s Slew Rate operational amplifier with outstanding AC and DC perfor- n 250A Supply Current mance. The LT1351 features lower supply current, lower n Available in Tiny MSOP Package input offset voltage, lower input bias current and higher TM n C-Load Op Amp Drives All Capacitive Loads DC gain than devices with comparable bandwidth. The n Unity-Gain Stable circuit combines the slewing performance of a current n Power Saving Shutdown Feature feedback amplifier in a true operational amplifier with n Maximum Input Offset Voltage: 600V matched high impedance inputs. The high slew rate en- n Maximum Input Bias Current: 50nA sures that the large-signal bandwidth is not degraded. The n Maximum Input Offset Current: 15nA amplifier is a single gain stage with outstanding settling n Minimum DC Gain, R = 2k: 30V/mV characteristics which make the circuit an ideal choice for L n Input Noise Voltage: 14nV/Hz data acquisition systems. The output drives a 1k load to n Settling Time to 0.1%, 10V Step: 700ns 13V with 15V supplies and a 500 load to 3.4V on 5V n Settling Time to 0.01%, 10V Step: 1.25s supplies. The amplifier is also stable with any capacitive n Minimum Output Swing into 1k: 13V load which makes it useful in buffer or cable driver n Minimum Output Swing into 500: 3.4V applications. n Specified at 2.5V, 5V and 15V The LT1351 is a member of a family of fast, high perfor- mance amplifiers using this unique topology and employ- U ing Linear Technology Corporations advanced APPLICATIONS complementary bipolar processing.
