The LT3080ETPBF is a low-noise, ultra-low dropout adjustable linear voltage regulator featuring a 2.5 V to 17 V output voltage, current-limit protection, and a wide input voltage range. The micro-power dissipation of typ. 20 µA over a wide temperature range ensures a very low dropout voltage in a wide variety of applications. The precise, adjustable output voltage range is set by one external resistor. The optional shutdown feature reduces quiescent current below 1 µA. The LT3080ETPBF features advanced protection circuitry including current limit, thermal shutdown, and reverse current protection.
