LTC2054/LTC2055 Single/Dual Micropower Zero-Drift Operational Ampli ers FEATURES DESCRIPTION n Supply Current 150A (Max per Ampli er) The LTC 2054/LTC2055 are low power, low noise, single/ Guaranteed from 40C to 85C dual, zero-drift operational ampli ers with an extended n Offset Voltage 3V (Max, 40C to 85C) temperature version (LTC2054MP) that has guaranteed n Offset Voltage Drift 30nV/C (Max, 40C to 85C) speci cations from 55C to 150C. They are available n Guaranteed Speci cations from 55C to 150C in TSOT-23 (ThinSOT) and MS8 packages. For space (LTC2054MP) limited applications, the LTC2055 is also available in a + n Common Mode Input Range from V to V 0.5V 3mm 3mm 0.8mm dual ne pitch leadless package n Output Swings Rail-to-Rail (DFN). They operate from a single 2.7V minimum supply n Voltage Gain: 140dB (Typ) and support 5V applications. The current consumption n PSRR and CMRR: 130dB (Typ) is typically 150A for the LTC2054 and 130A/amp for n Input Bias Current: 1pA (Typ, 25C) the LTC2055. n Noise: 1.6V (0.01Hz to 10Hz Typ) P-P The LTC2054/LTC2055, despite their miniature size, feature n Supply Operation: uncompromising DC performance. The maximum input 2.7V to 6V (LTC2054/LTC2055) offset voltage and offset drift are 3.0V and 30nV/C over 2.7V to 5.5V (LTC2054HV/LTC2055HV) the 40C to 85C industrial temperature range. The almost n Low Pro le (1mm) TSOT-23, MS8 and zero DC offset and drift are supported with a power supply 3mm 3mm 0.8mm DFN Packages rejection ratio (PSRR) and common mode rejection ratio (CMRR) of 130dB (typ). APPLICATIONS The input common mode voltage ranges from the negative n Thermocouple Ampli ers supply up to typically 0.5V below the positive supply. The n Electronic Scales open-loop gain is typically 140dB.
