The LTC3260EMSE#PBF is an Analog Devices switching controllers Low Noise Dual Supply Inverting Charge Pump. This part is designed to reduce noise in portable device power supplies and provides ground-referenced output voltages from a single battery. It can provide either positive/negative or negative/positive dual output voltages, allowing greater system flexibility when out-of-standard input/output voltage combinations are needed. The Ultra-Low Noise Mode reduces the output ripple and enables Quiet Mode operation, making it ideal for use in sensitive radio frequency (RF) applications. In addition, this part features a switching frequency of up to 2 MHz, adjustable via an external filter capacitor, as well as a low shutdown current of less than 10 µA. The LTC3260EMSE#PBF is available in a 12-pin, space-saving, 3 mm × 3 mm, lead-free DFN package.
