The LTC4270AIUKG#PBF (from Analog Devices) is a Power over Ethernet (PoE) / Local Area Network (LAN) LTPoE++ 90W 12-port PSE Controller. This Ethernet interface enables smart PoE/PoE+/PoE++ class 0, 2-6 power devices with up to 90W per port. It integrates a switched-mode power supply, current and voltage controls, over-temperature and under-voltage lockout features, and a watchdog timer, and has a maximum output voltage of 50V. The device offers a high level of integration, is housed in a small QFN package, and is ideal for applications such as wireless access points, IP-based security cameras and VoIP phones.
