LTM4634 Triple Output 5A/5A/4A Step-Down DC/DC Module Regulator Fea T Descrip T n Three Independent High Efficiency Regulator The LTM 4634 integrates three complete 5A/5A/4A high Channels efficiency switching mode DC/DC converters into one small n I = 5A, I = 4A package. Switching controllers, power FETs, inductors, and OUT1,2 OUT3 n Input Voltage Range: 4.75V to 28V most support components are included. Operating over an n Independent V for Each Channel input voltage range of 4.75V to 28V, the LTM4634 provides IN n V Voltage Range: 0.8V to 5.5V three independent output voltages. V and V are OUT1,2 OUT1 OUT2 n V Voltage Range: 0.8V to 13.5V adjustable from 0.8V to 5.5V, while V is adjustable OUT3 OUT3 n 1.5% Maximum Total DC Output Error from 0.8V to 13.5V. Each output voltage is set by a single n Current Mode Control/Fast Transient Response external resistor. n Frequency Synchronization High switching frequency and a current mode architecture n Output Overvoltage and Overcurrent Protection enable a very fast transient response to line and load n PolyPhase Operation with Current Sharing changes without sacrificing stability. The device supports n General Purpose Temperature Monitors frequency synchronization, multiphase parallel opera- n Soft-Start/Voltage Tracking tion, soft-start and output voltage tracking for supply rail n Power Good Monitors sequencing. n SnPb or RoHS Compliant Finish n Fault protection features include overvoltage protection, 15mm 15mm 5.01mm BGA Package overcurrent protection and temperature monitoring.
