MAX20334 Overvoltage and Surge-Protected Dual SPDT Data Line Switch General Description Benefits and Features The MAX20334 is a 2 x SPDT switch with overvoltage Distortion-Free, High-Speed Signaling protection intended for use with portable devices. The device handles Robust and Safety USB low/full/high-speed signaling and operates from a Positive Overvoltage Protection up to +20.5V 2.7V to 5.5V supply. Hot Plug-In Robustness The MAX20334 is available in a 12-bump (1.23mm x 1.63mm) wafer-level package (WLP) and operates over the -40C to +85C extended temperature range.
