MAX41470 290MHz to 960MHz ASK/FSK Receiver with SPI Interface General Description Benefits and Features The MAX41470 is a high-performance, low-power receiver Low Bill of Materials (BOM) that is ideal for amplitude shift-keyed (ASK) and frequency No External Balun, No External Filter, etc. shift-keyed (FSK) data. The receiver can be configured Single Low-Cost 16MHz External Crystal for three popular sub-1GHz bands while using a single Long Range with High Sensitivity low-cost 16MHz crystal: 287MHz to 320MHz, 425MHz to Low Power Consumption 480MHz, and 860MHz to 960MHz. 9mA Operating Supply Current The MAX41470 is capable of both ASK and FSK reception 10nA Power-Down Current and is also fully programmable through an SPI interface. Self-Polling (Remote Wake-Up) for Reduced Power The receiver has excellent RF sensitivity and allows input Preamble Detection with Interrupt Output signals up to 0dBm of power at the RF input. With an Average Current as Low as 350A integrated IF filter, a few external components, and low Duty Cycle Less Than 1% Capable operating/power-down currents, the MAX41470 receiver Fast Startup Time is ideal for cost- and power-sensitive applications.
