MAX6662 19-2121 Rev 0 7/01 12-Bit + Sign Temperature Sensor with SPI-Compatible Serial Interface General Description Features The MAX6662 is a 12-bit + sign temperature sensor 12-Bit + Sign, 0.0625C Resolution combined with a programmable overtemperature alarm Accuracy and a 3-wire (SPI-compatible) serial interface in a sin- 1C max (+30C to +50C) gle package. It converts its die temperature into digital values using an internal analog-to-digital converter 1.6C max (0C to +70C) (ADC).
