The MAX811LEUS+T is a CMOS High-Speed, Low-Power Comparator made by Analog Devices. It features a trip-point capability and an open-collector/open-drain output. The comparator operates with a supply voltage range of 2.25V-5.5V and its propagation delay is only 4.5ns with a response time of 6.4ns. It is optimized for operation in mobile and battery-powered applications due to its low quiescent current of only 375nA. The pin-for-pin compatible device is offered in a TSSOP package and is qualified for automotive and military applications.
