The VDA1420NTA is an RoHS-compliant two-terminal voltage reference device in a SOT-23 package manufactured by AnaSem. Its main function is to provide precise, stable, and low-noise voltage references to be used in circuitry such as power management and other analog applications. It offers a wide range of reference voltages (2.5 V to 5.5 V) and very low temperature coefficient (-15 ppm/°C). Additional features include full temperature range operation (from -40°C to +85°C), fast turn-on transient response (less than 60 us), and low inrush current.
