The VRD1330MTX is a series of dropout voltage regulators (LDOs) manufactured by AnaSem. These devices are housed in a SOT-26 package and are RoHS-compliant. The VRD1330MTX LDO regulator provides a regulated output voltage of 3.3V, with a maximum quiescent current of 220 µA, and a line/load regulation of 0.2%. These devices provide stable, accurate supply voltages in a variety of applications including microprocessors, digital logic, and low-current analog circuits. These LDO regulators are also equipped with an advanced power saving mode, which reduces power consumption when the system is in low power mode. The low dropout voltage also gives the VRD1330MTX series excellent noise immunity and a low output ripple for clean and crisp power.
