The DSK16 Schottky Barrier Diode SOD-123 RoHS manufactured by AnBon is a series of SBDs housed in a SOD-123 package, with compliance to RoHS directive. It has a low VF, low reverse leakage, and high current capacity. The maximum forward current of this series is 16A and the maximum reverse voltage is 40V.
