Additional Infomation About Product

The Antaira IMP-100A-M-T Industrial Module is an industrial media converter that has two ports and is powered by 48VDC. It is designed to link Ethernet connections between two different physical media types, most commonly a twisted pair and fiber optic cable. It is designed to convert Ethernet data signals between 10BASE-T Ethernet, which transfers data over twisted pairs using Manchester encoding, to 100BASE-FX Ethernet, which uses fiber optics for data transfer. It also supports IEEE 802.3u Auto MDI/MDI-X on each port for easy installation. The IMPA-100A-M-T operates in an industrial grade operating temperature range of -40°C to 75°C and is rated for a maximum transmission distance of 2km. It is designed for industrial automation applications, such as those found in factories and power grids, and is specifically built to withstand the harsh conditions in such environments.
