The APE8910GN3B-HF-3TR is a surface-mounted power transistor manufactured by APEC, designed for high frequency and high power applications. It is a high-performance N-channel enhancement mode power MOSFET with a low on-resistance and a high-performance package. It is capable of handling up to 30 volts and 8.9 amperes continuously. This transistor is ideal for use in switching applications, high-voltage DC-DC converters and high-frequency amplifier designs. It features three terminals, with the gate being the control terminal, the source being the input, and the drain being the output.
