The 42000B38 is an ultra-compact tactile switch manufactured by Apem. It is a surface mountable switch available in a wide range of sizes, shapes and colors to meet various application needs. It features a snap-in spring that enables robust performance for reliable operation and has a long electrical life. The switch also has a high maximum contact rating of 2A @ 28VDC. This makes it suitable for high-current applications such as electric door openers, security systems, pumps, and electric motors. This switch offers a variety of mounting options including PCB mounts and screw-fixings. Its contact blocks are nitrile rubber which are both durable and temperature resistant.
