TechnologyThe BL24C512A-PARC is an EEPROM manufactured by Belling Technology with 512Kb (64K x 8) of storage. This EEPROM can operate over a wide temperature range from -40°C to +125°C and has a wide supply voltage range of 2.7V - 5.5V.
