BL25CM1A-PARC, manufactured by Belling, is an electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM) package with an SOP-8 form factor. It is compliant with the European Union's Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) directive, which limits the use of hazardous materials in electronic and electrical products. The device offers up to 256 Kbits of serial EEPROM memory with 4K byte page size. It has program erase and write cycles with byte level, page level, and multi-byte programming. The device features a high speed 10 MHz SPI interface and a 2.7 to 3.6 V low power operation voltage. Additionally, the eight-lead narrow body (Narrow SOIC) is ideal for a wide range of applications, including consumer electronics, industrial control, professional products, and telecom instruments.
